A 12-week introducing children ages 7-9 to singing. Interactive, play-based lessons use animal-themed games and songs to help singers discover their voices, build confidence, and introduce foundational music skills. Appropriate for beginners or those with some experience singing in lessons or choir. Taught by Erin Bustin. 

 GPAC is a percussion club (ages 8-10) hat focuses on percussion ensemble patterns found around the world, with emphasis on African and Cuban style rhythms and instruments. A bonus of GPAC is building on social skills and developing listening skills. Taught by Sara McCue.  

This class will get students to move their bodies to the sounds of the world with intention and fun. Students will explore world dance traditions such as Balinese, Javanese, and contemporary. Taught by Ayu Putri.  

Crate original music and learn mixing fundamentals using the Apple device you already have!  Combining the Garage Band app with instruments and equipment at Grinnell School of Music, Joshua Rex will help participants create their own unique compositions.
